Warranty – 3 Year Limited
Most DEWALT® Tools purchased on or after January 1, 2004 come with a warranty package that includes:
Three-Year Limited Warranty. For all DEWALT® products stating they come with a 3-year limited warranty, 1 year free service contract, and 90 day money back guarantee, DEWALT will repair, without charge, any defects due to faulty materials or workmanship for three years from the date of purchase, or date of delivery of the product (whichever date is later). This warranty is extended only to the original end-user purchaser of the product. This warranty does not cover part failure due to normal wear or tool abuse. Because DEWALT cannot control the quality of products sold by unauthorized sellers, this warranty applies only if the product was purchased from DEWALT or a DEWALT authorized seller, unless otherwise prohibited by law. DEWALT reserves the right to reject warranty claims for products purchased from unauthorized sellers, including unauthorized internet sites. This warranty does not apply to accessories or damage caused where repairs have been made or attempted by others. Proof of purchase showing when and where you purchased the product may be required.

Guaranteed Repairs
DeWalt Power Tools are available for repair in our authorized tool service center. Each tool will have a set repair cost irregardless of the type of repair that is needed. There will be a 90-day warranty on the repair. This only includes the actual repair, and will not include anything else that may defect or break.
Please note that we do have the right to refuse any tool or professional proudct in need of replacement due to age or deteriorating condition.
